Sleep Deprivation Affects The Whole Family
When your baby or child isn’t sleeping well, it can quickly affect everything.
You may be dealing with frequent night waking, bedtime battles, early starts, short naps, contact naps or a child who suddenly seems unable to settle in the way they used to.
Perhaps you’ve already tried routines, online advice and well-meaning suggestions, but still feel unsure what your child actually needs.
You don’t need another generic sleep plan. You need someone experienced to come in, see what is happening in real life and help you make sense of it.

Tell Me What To Do

Why Work With Me?
I'm Nicky, a baby and child sleep consultant in London with more than 25 years of experience working with babies, children and parents.
I have seen a lot of bedtime battles over the years, and I know that sleep challenges are rarely solved by simply handing a tired parent a list of instructions.
I combine extensive childcare knowledge with specialist sleep expertise to give families the personal, practical support they need.
My guidance comes from practical, hands-on experience alongside specialist sleep training. I will listen to what is happening, help you understand why, and stay alongside you as we work towards calmer nights and more confident days.

I Come To You

You Choose What Happens Next
You can implement the recommendations yourself or choose additional support from me.

We’ll talk through naps, bedtime, night waking, feeding, settling, routines and anything else that may be affecting sleep.
I’ll answer your questions and give you clear recommendations about what I think needs to change.
