Personalised baby and child sleep support in your own home
Sleep support should feel as individual as your child. I offer premium in-home baby and child sleep support to families across London who want practical, compassionate guidance and an experienced specialist working alongside them.
The starting point is simple: I come to your home, meet you and your child, look at the sleep environment and talk through what is happening.
From there, you can decide how much support you would like.
Sleep Challenges I Can Help With
You do not need to know exactly what is causing the problem before contacting me. Understanding why sleep has become difficult is part of the process we will work through together.
Frequent waking throughout the night
Difficulty settling at bedtime
Short, inconsistent or resisted naps
Very early morning waking
Sleep regressions and sudden changes in sleep
Contact naps or needing to be held to sleep
Moving away from co-sleeping
Dummy, feeding or rocking sleep associations
Moving into a cot, bed or separate bedroom
Creating an age-appropriate daily routine
Preparing for a parent’s return to work
Sleep difficulties affecting siblings or the wider family
Start With An In-Home Sleep Visit
£196 for up to two hours
This is the natural starting point for most London families.
I’ll come to your home, meet you and your child, look at your current sleep setup and spend time understanding what is happening day to day and overnight.
I’ll answer your questions, explain what I think may be contributing to the problem and give you clear, practical recommendations about what I believe needs to change.
There is absolutely no obligation to book any further support.
Some families simply want an experienced pair of eyes, clear advice and the confidence to make the changes themselves.
Others decide they would like me there to help them put those changes into practice.
Additional time: £98 per hour
Travel outside my core London area may be charged separately.
If you decide you would like additional support, £98 of your In-Home Sleep Visit fee can be credited towards your next level of support when booked within the agreed timeframe.

What Happens After The Visit?
Once I understand what is happening, I can recommend the type of support that may suit your family best.
You can then decide how much of the implementation you would like to manage yourself and how much help you would like from me.
There is no one-size-fits-all package.
The support can be built around your child, your family and the level of practical help you want.
Ways I Can Support You
Tell Me What To Do - Virtual Support
For families who feel confident implementing the changes themselves but want expert strategy, reassurance and ongoing guidance.
I can create the plan and support you remotely through Zoom, voice calls and WhatsApp while you work through the recommendations at home.
Show Me How To Do It - In-Home Support
If you would rather have me beside you as you begin making changes, I can return to your home and work alongside you.
I can demonstrate, coach, answer questions and help you adapt the approach in real time based on your child’s responses.

Do It With Me - Evening & Bedtime Support
If evenings or bedtime are where things become particularly difficult, I can be there with you during those moments.
We can work through the routine together so you feel supported while the changes are happening.
Take The Lead For Me - Intensive & Overnight Support
For families who want a much higher level of hands-on help, I can stay for evenings or overnight and take a more active role in implementing the plan.
Some parents want to be involved throughout. Others are exhausted and would prefer me to take the lead while they get some much-needed rest.
We can build the support around what feels right for your family.

Support Built Around Your Family
No two families need exactly the same thing.
One family may want an In-Home Sleep Visit followed by two weeks of virtual support.
Another may want me there for two evenings.
Another may need three overnight stays and a month of ongoing support.
The examples above are not fixed packages.
They are there to give you a clear idea of the different levels of support and investment.
Once I understand what is happening with your child’s sleep and how much of the process you would like to manage yourself, we can build the right support around your family.
The support adapts to you — not the other way around.
Why In-Home Sleep Support?
Being in your home allows me to understand so much more than I could through a screen.
I can see where your child sleeps, understand how your routines actually work and notice the small details that are often difficult to explain on a call.
I can answer questions as they arise, see how your child responds and adapt my recommendations in real time.
My guidance comes from more than 25 years of practical, hands-on experience with babies, children and families alongside specialist sleep training.

Not Sure How Much Support You Need?
You do not need to decide that before we meet.
Start with an In-Home Sleep Visit and let me understand what is happening.
From there, I’ll give you my recommendations and you can decide whether you would like to implement them yourself or have me there to help.
